About Nalini M. Nadkarni

Nalini M. Nadkarni is a Professor of Biology at the University of Utah. She does research and conservation work on the plants and animals that live in the canopy of tropical rainforests, supported by the National Science Foundation and the National Geographic Society. She is deeply interested in public engagement of science, particularly with faith-based groups, and in finding common ground through the many values that trees hold.
