As a testament to continued learning, please note that I now believe that I was wrong about Mosiah Chapter X (22). It is true that there is no specific marker for the previous chapter ending, I now believe that it represents a change in source. Mormon left the record of Zeniff as a source in Chapter IX, and returned to the large plates for Chapter X. Mormon didn’t mark a return to the large plates, so the change of source explains the chapter break even though there is no clear marker of the change of source.
